Boo and Hoo try to heal people. It’s their job. They heal broken arms and sore heads. Some of their patients have other ailments too. PIG feels so sad, he never wants to go outside. Mr. Angry just shouts all the time and Heather Blossom has a broken heart. One day a new patient “Earth” arrives and Earth is dying. Nothing they do makes any difference and all seems lost until PIG and the other patients make a brave decision for them all.
